Can this replace psychological treatment?
No, it cannot replace them. If you are in hospital treatment or professional counselling, carry on with it. Revival Ground is writing you keep beside that, and read.

Do I have to talk about myself?
Stages 1 and 2 are reading only. You do not have to write anything. Even in the stage 3 one-on-one, you say only as much as you want to.
Is stage 1 really completely free?
Yes. You won't even register a card. Not charging someone at rock bottom is the whole reason this exists.
Can I get a refund? Please note that reading the booklet will not cure atopic dermatitis. No more itching, and cured overnight without doing anything?
