Common questions
Do you need the other person's details?
Stage 1 does not need it. It looks only at where you usually stand. Looking at two people together starts in stage 2.
Do you give a compatibility score?
We do not give a score. Knowing the number does not produce anything to do next. Instead we give you where it goes wrong, and one line to try saying at that moment.
Is it all right if I have no dating experience?
Yes. The items ask about how you treat people, not about romance. They apply just as well at work or in the family.
Where do the items come from?
Rewritten in Korean from the IPIP items mapped to the interpersonal circumplex. The eight positions and the complementarity calculation follow Kiesler's (1983) circumplex model.
Will you make decisions like marriage or breaking up for me?
We will not make it for you. That is not a judgement but a choice, and Moon Pavilion only supplies the material. If there is violence or abuse in the relationship, please go to a professional service first, not a test.
Are my answers stored?
Stage 1 sends nothing to a server. Your answers and results stay in your own browser.
If I don't like it, can I get a refund?
. On your first payment 100% refund guarantee agreement must be signed before payment goes through — we could not offer this if we were not sure of the work. The terms are these. ① A change of mind can be withdrawn Within 7 days of purchase of purchase. ② However, once digital content (Korea's Cultural Industry Promotion Act, Art. 2(5)) has begun to be delivered, that portion is not refundable — a video cannot be un-watched once opened.
Can I transfer what I bought to someone else?
No. A purchase cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another account. That is part of why the price sits below list price.
